EINSTEIN

©1981, 2001.

I have looked back, over this ancient sea,
to the sea-cave where I was born,
ten decades gone, in the deep. Hear me, Antares!

From there I wandered in the lonely place,
till I met Antigone. We bred a youth;
I dare not state his name. We built a house,
made it for people.

And I made my theories.
