UPDATED: Aug. 10, 2005
GARTH SAYS: I know some
people might not
"get" why I write songs, or take inspiration from the people around
me...but
that's what I do - I'm a creative person and I write about what I know,
what frustrates me, what challenges my thinking...even if it
unintentionally
pisses some people off. Here is the music behind those thoughts!
LATEST NEWS:
Right now I'm signing up for an artist page at IUMA since mp3.com
changed ownership two years ago. I'll also hopefully have a Yahoo group
up very soon!

LIVE PERFORMANCES of "Searching For Adonis" MATERIAL
February 2003
"Cultural Mosaic"
at the Meeting Place
(University of Toronto @ Scarborough)
I performed my controversial anthem "King of the
Clubs" Ha
ha...the "Mustang Boy" rides on! The photo at the right is from
the
dress rehearsal. They didn't have a microphone for me to hold,
which
is why I had to pretend I was holding one. (That's why my hand is
curled up by my face!) I think this photo was snapped right at
the
point of the song where I'm singing "Don't run me over!"

My live performance of "Earnest & Young" took
place at the 2002
Baby Oscars, April 5th! Very fun event, where some great friends
helped me put on a rockin' show! Thanks to Sam, Newman, Andrew
&
Sarah! Here's a pic from the show:

Live performance of "Woodbridge." As you can
