- I will promptly e-mail you back an invoice, confirming your complete cost, that will include shipping & any applicable taxes.
- E-mail me back a reply, confirming your permission to process your order / including your full name, and complete shipping address and if possible a phone number.
- For credit card payment, simply call me (Shirley) / I am a one person operation, and the only person to process your request.
- Your credit card payment & information is very secure and private.

What are your sales terms? / & what taxes are applicable?
- All sales conducted in Canadian dollars $
- Non-cancellable / all sales are final / Once I have received (permission) from the customer (by e-mail) to process the order.
- Paid in full at time of placing order.
- PST & GST tax applicable to Ontario residents.
- GST is applicable for all other provinces including Ontario.
- Neither GST or PST tax is applicable for shipments bound for the U.S.
- Any foreign tax or duty outside Canada is the responsibility of the purchaser.
- Not responsible for lost or stolen shipments going to the U.S.
