BTW--I've noticed that some people are clicking the Submit button twice because it doesn't look like anything's happening. The server's just a tad slow processing the form--give it a sec and it should go through.
Also, my ISP has changed their services, so I now have to use a 3rd party form generator. After you press the "Submit Survey" button below, you'll see a standard "warning page" that doesn't mean anything. It simply tells you that the results of the Survey are being sent to me at my E-Mail address suth@inforamp.net.
