Background / Current Projects

BDR Research Limited is a fully Canadian-owned consulting and research organization based in Halifax, Nova Scotia. Formed in 1989, the company has been involved with multidisciplinary studies in the fields of marine chemistry, sediment geophysics and climate studies. Projects have been done in collaboration with consulting companies, universities and government agencies, including the Canadian Department of Fisheries and Oceans and the National Research Council of Canada. The company has demonstrated proficiency at conducting a variety of interdisciplinary R&D programs in the field of environmental studies.
