Our Company Cedarstone Homes is a builder and land developer located in Ottawa, Ontario. We are registered with the Tarion Warranty Corporation and have been building homes since 1989. We build custom homes throughout Ottawa as well as in our Richmond Oaks and Kings Grant communities in the Village of Richmond, south west of Ottawa. We are members of the Ottawa, Ontario and Canadian Homebuilders' Associations. We are also a qualified Energy Star builder. Finalists and Winners for the 2007 Tarion Awards of Excellence were determined by a comprehensive survey sent to almost 54,000 consumers who took possession of a new home during 2006. Cedarstone Homes was a finalist. Survey questions were designed to assess homeowner satisfaction with their builder. Only 5 % of builders in the province of Ontario met the required criterion.
