Finalists and Winners for the 2007 Tarion Awards of Excellence are determined by a comprehensive survey sent to almost 54,000 consumers who took possession of a new home during 2006. Survey questions are designed to assess homeowner satisfaction with their builder. In order for builders to be included in the Awards process they must have had at least five possessions during 2006. In addition, a minimum number of completed surveys must be received to ensure that homeowner responses can be fairly evaluated.

Since qualifying, Cedarstone Homes has received Tarion's and the former Ontario New Home Warranty Program's Seal of Excellence for the last 14 years. We are proud of our record of service and strive to maintain this rating.
In 2004, 2005 and 2006 Cedarstone Homes was selected as a candidate for the Tarion (Formerly the Ontario New Home Warranty Program) Awards of Excellence . Only 5 % of builders in the province of Ontario meet the required criterion.
