David Orton and his wife Helga have lived
at their place in Saltsprings, Nova Scotia,
Canada for over 20 years. Their place is
an old hill farm that has long since reverted
back to forest.
When he is not focused on writing about
deep ecology and left biocentrism, he
loves walking or skiing/snowshoeing on the
trails in the nearby woods with his dog.
