Welcome to Living Arts
Living Arts has been created to provide you with the experience of connecting intimately with your body, mind and soul. Whether it be a yoga class, instruction in mindfulness meditation, personal counselling, a retreat day, or group programs, all are designed to help you to replenish and to develop practices that will support you as you move through your life.
Whatever your physical condition, the yoga and meditation instruction offered is geared to meet your own particular needs and to respect your limits. Personal sessions, as well as group programs are available.
About Gina Rubinsky
Gina Rubinsky is a registered psychologist, stress management consultant and certified yoga instructor. She has been specializing in the areas of yoga instruction and stress and pain management for the last 10 years, during which time she has led workshops and retreats for various organizations and groups throughout Montreal.
She has completed the professional internship training program in mindfulness based stress reduction, directed by Dr.'s Jon Kabatt-Zinn and Saki Santorelli, at the University of Massachusetts Memorial Health Care Center and was certified as a yoga instructor at the Kripalu Center in Lenox, Masssachusetts.
Gina is personally and deeply inspired by the mindfulness based approach toward enhancing one's health as it has played a significant role in her own healing journey.
