Here's what you can enjoy...

- 88 acres, including 25 acres of bush, with nature trails
- 2 wildlife ponds (for the bird watchers)
- 2,000 square ft. lots, with picnic tables and fire pits, many fully serviced with hydro, water and sewer. Government tested artesian well water at all serviced lots
- 1,000 square ft. heated swimming pool with sundeck, diving board and lounges
- Man-made, 2 acre, spring-fed pond with grassy slopes, sandy beach and a 65' water slide. There is even an old-fashioned rope swing from a huge maple tree for the kids
- The Black River, bordering the western side of the ranch, is a Provincial Canoe Route into Lake Simcoe, 6 km. north. This unpolluted river offers excellent swimming and fishing enjoyment as well
- 2 service buildings, each complete with showers, toilet and washroom facilities, and coin-operated laundromats. Pay telephones with 911 service in both buildings

Conveniences

Country shopping in a quaint, old-fashioned General Store on the corner of Baldwin Rd. and Highway 48
Just 6 km. north, the town of Sutton offers the latest in dining, shopping and all services, including churches and a medical clinic


 

General information

All pets must be on a leash at all times, and are not allowed on the beach or in recreation areas. You are required to clean up after their exercise walks
Camping season runs from May to October; water is shut off in mid-October
