A new web site which will include photographs and movies from past RAILFAIR events along with additional information about the next one is planned for the very near future.
In the meantime the basic information for those interested in visiting or participating in the show follows:
Download this PDF to find out how to get to RAILFAIR.
Download this PDF to have a RAILFAIR flyer for your own use or, better still, to post to let others know about the show.
If you have a layout that you would like to display at RAILFAIR then please contact Mike Hind.
If you would like to rent commercial space at RAILFAIR then please contact Mike Hind.
There will be a Second Hand booth at RAILFAIR run by BRMNA and OVAR members. Anyone can sell their second hand railway related items on it. The following is the process to be followed:
1. Only railway related items will be accepted.
2. You must prepare a legible list on 8.5ins x 11ins paper.
3. All lists must be made up before item check-in.
4. Blank sheets are available in Lotus, Excel, Wordperfect and PDF. Each file consists of a single model page with space for up to 36 items. If you have more items to sell then more pages will be required and you will be able to use the model
page to meet your own needs.
5. The suggested id# is BXXX where XXX is your BRMNA membership number; OYYY where YYY is your OVAR membership number; or III where III are your initials.
6. If you have multiple identical items for sale then each one must be listed on a separate line unless they are to be sold as a single lot.
7. Each item must have a price sticker on it showing your id#, the item # and the price.
8. Those items that do not sell will be returned to the seller.
9. There will be a 5% commission to RAILFAIR for your sales if you are a BRMNA or OVAR member otherwise the commission is 10%.
