Ian Allan 1948 British Railways Locomotives Combined Volume. This is the first combined volume locospotters book for British Railways. It comprises the four regional books:

The book is mint apart from a name stamped inside the front cover. The information is not marked or underlined in any manner. Part 1 contains an Introduction to the Series, British Motive Power of the Future” by Cecil J. Allen, M.Inst.T., A.I.Loco.E. Buff cloth-type cover. This may be a reprint. $20 (Weight: 9oz, 260 grams)

Hudswell Clarke and Company Locomotive Works List by Clive Hardy. This 368-page book was published by Thomas Aleksandr in 1982 and provides a listing of the locomotives produced by Hudswell Clark. Where known, information on resales and disposals has also been included. At the end there are 32 pages of black and white photographs of Hudswell Clarke locomotives. Good condition, mint. $20 (Weight:1lb 8oz, 690 grams)

Manning Wardle and Company Locomotive Works List by F.W. Mabbot. This 288-page book was published by Thomas Aleksandr in 1982 and provides a listing of the locomotives produced by Manning Wardle. Where known, information on resales and disposals has also been included. At the end there are 32 pages of black and white photographs of Manning Wardle locomotives. Good condition, a small number of entries have been highlighted, but this does not obscure the information.$20 (Weight:1lb 3˝ oz 560 grams)
