ARE YOU LOST?

Son-not saved--Dau. didn't know--Father--sure he was.
Not saved, BUT Are you lost?
THREE THINGS THEY DISCOVERED
1)--THEY WERE IN DARKNESS V.20a
People are Jn. 1:5--
Condemnation Jn. 3:19
Understanding Eph 4:18--Rom 1:21-
Satan keeps people in 2 Cor. 4:4
DO YOU REALIZE THIS? The fact that you do not know you are saved--show you are in darkness
2)--A GREAT TEMPEST LAY UPON THEM V.20b
Wages of sin Rom 6:23
Wrath spoken by Enoch Jude 1:14
All the prophets Joel 1:15 Alas Alas....
Job 36:18---Jer 30:7--Isa 13:11
John the Baptist Matt 3:7
Jesus preached it Matt 10:29 Apostles " " Acts 17:31
John saw it Rev. 6:12....
Fearful thing Heb 10:31
DO YOU REALIZE THIS? "abiding on you now" Jn. 3:36
3)--THEY WERE HOPELESS V. 20
Eph 2:12 "without hope"
Because they were "without Christ" and so "without God"
A PICTURE OF:
a) Sinners living in darkness
b) In a great tempest--Under the wrath of God
c) Without hope
DO YOU REALIZE THIS?
WHY WERE THEY THIS WAY?
1. FAILED TO LISTEN TO THE MAN OF GOD V.11
NOW LISTENED V.21
2. FAILED TO BELIEVE GOD
NOW DID 22-25
